Now that the project is finished we wanted to write and thank you for the meticulous care and attention you brought to landscaping our garden. A building project had left us with a greatly ‘chewed up’ back lot, a semi-demolished patio and walkway, and a big pile of fill in the middle of everything.
You provided expert guidance and took great care to gauge our requirements and preferences. The plan provided options and a flexible time line, so we were able to break the expense into manageable parts.
The end result is beautiful and has more than met our expectations. The garden is an oasis of flowing lines and forms and provides complete privacy when shrubs and trees are in leaf. The free-form interlocking stone patio is particularly pleasing and in complete harmony with the house, and has already been the setting for many wonderful summer evening get-togethers with family and friends.
An indication of your firm’s dedication to provide complete customer satisfaction is that a couple of plants that were stressed during our dry hot summer were promptly replaced, and that you dropped in to wrap a young Japanese Maple as insurance against winter damage more than six months after having finished the landscaping.
