From day one, we were impressed with how clean the crew was. The clean-up each night was certainly more than we have seen done in other cases. The fact that you were personally on-site every day is also an indication of your commitment to your clients and to your work. Our family, friends and neighbours watched each day as the work evolved. Even though it has been more than a month since the work was completed, they are still marveling at the work. What has marveled us even more is how quickly you have responded to the few, very minor adjustments that have been necessary. In recent years we have taken on three major exterior enhancement projects on our home. That being the extension of our kitchen into an outdoor sun room, our pool and our latest project give to our front and back garden a warm welcoming character of it's own. Dear Joachim, It is almost a year since your organization has landscaped our garden and I am writing to you and Joe to thank you for the exceptional service provided by Glenoaks. It is not often that the service one receives compels one to write a letter of thanks to an organization. Firstly, the construction of our garden was fulfilled within the time that you had promised and the quality of the work was of a high standard. The paving stones that you had moved from the front to the back were very neatly cut and placed in position. The new paving at the entrance to our house is most attractive and the overall effect exceeded our expectations. Secondly, the fact that you had taken the trouble to cover the vulnerable plants for the winter was appreciated and we thank you for exchanging the weaker plants at the beginning of the season. Would you kindly let us know which plants require covering this winter. Now that the project is finished we wanted to write and thank you for the meticulous care and attention you brought to landscaping our garden. A building project had left us with a greatly 'chewed up' back lot, a semi-demolished patio and walkway, and a big pile of fill in the middle of everything. You provided expert guidance and took great care to gauge our requirements and preferences. The plan provided options and a flexible time line, so we were able to break the expense into manageable parts. The end result is beautiful and has more than met our expectations. The garden is an oasis of flowing lines and forms and provides complete privacy when shrubs and trees are in leaf. The free-form interlocking stone patio is particularly pleasing and in complete harmony with the house, and has already been the setting for many wonderful summer evening get-togethers with family and friends. An indication of your firm's dedication to provide complete customer satisfaction is that a couple of plants that were stressed during our dry hot summer were promptly replaced, and that you dropped in to wrap a young Japanese Maple as insurance against winter damage more than six months after having finished the landscaping. Dear Mr. Cagna: You and your staff have turned our home into a show place; it is absolutely beautiful. At Night, when the lights go on in the trees and shrubs it is transformed into the category of being a "unique home". We also enjoy watching the sprinklers throwing water everywhere. Linda and I have never put money into anything that has brought us more enjoyment. This has been an investment that we will enjoy for many years. You must be proud of your people - they do such excellent work; the designers, stone masons, the carpenters, and the laborers are the best we have ever seen.
